Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Method We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after shipment, though delays can occasionally occur during peak seasons.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package at usps.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages We take great care in packaging every vintage piece. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at SewaldK@gmail.com and we'll work with you to make it right.
International Shipping We don't currently offer standard international shipping at checkout, but we're happy to accommodate international customers on a case-by-case basis. If you're located outside the United States and would like to purchase an item, please email us at SewaldK@gmail.com before placing your order and we'll work out shipping costs and logistics with you directly.
